The weeks of late January and early February of 2026 have brought filmmakers and enjoyers alike to Park City, Utah one last time before Boulder, CO claims the renowned festival began by the late Robert Redford.

Among the crowds were directors, producers, actors and actresses; both famous and new faces could be seen along Main Street and on the big screens. One of whom being the celebrated and adored, Angela Giarratana of Smosh, who arrived on the scene to attend the first screening of the short “Balloon Animals,” a dramedy she acted in about two store clerks who are working a late shift and encounter a woman seeking balloons for an unusual surprise party.

Giarratana made it to Sundance in late January and would stay a few days through January 26th when “Balloon Animals” screened, before taking a red-eye back to LA in time for “Syd & Olivia Talk Shit,” a show she’s been scheduled to guest on since early this year.

Several of Angela’s fans saw her during the Sundance festivities including along Main street and at the Library Center Theatre, where her film screened.

Although no photos have been released to TomatoSmosh for publication, GettyImages captured her red carpet appearance on the evening of the 26th and you can find those, including a short video, here.

That’s all for now! Until next time,
Stay blessed 🙂
